Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereafter "ToS") govern the relationship between the user (hereafter "User") and the service Zeeya.net.

Zeeya.net is provided in a beta version as a gratuitous and non-binding service between the User and Zeeya.net. The User or operators of the service may end the relationship at any time. The transition to a final version of the service will result in new, binding ToS. Zeeya.net reserves the right to change or modify the ToS or other business related terms and conditions at any time. If the User is not in agreement with the ToS or changes to the ToS, the User has the sole right to discontinue use of the service.

The User acknowledges and obligates himself:

1. to convey only complete and accurate data or information during registration and during any communication with or via Zeeya.net and to present his true identity (i.e., no aliases or pseudonyms);
2. to keep his password secret and not to allow third parties to gain access to his account or to use his identity via Zeeya.net;
3. to ensure that all content (e.g., text, images, files, and other data) that he sends to Zeeya.net may be publicly reproduced and does not damage or infringe upon the personal rights, intellectual property rights, copyright, trademark, or other rights of third parties;
4. to observe and respect the rights of third parties and all applicable laws and regulations while using Zeeya.net;

Zeeya.net can verify neither the identity of a User nor the data that a User sends to or via Zeeya.net. Zeeya.net assumes no liability and provides no guaranty of the authenticity of a User's identity or of information, content or other data sent by a User to or via Zeeya.net. The User agrees to indemnify and hold Zeeya.net and those acting for or on behalf of Zeeya.net harmless from all liability, losses, costs, expenses, claims, damages, and claims from third parties in connection with any data or content that is entered, made available or transmitted on or via Zeeya.net or in connection with the User's use of Zeeya.net.

The legal venue and jurisdiction in connection with arguments and disputes pertaining to Zeeya.net is the location of Zeeya.net.

Statements sent by Zeeya.net to the e-mail address (or, if known, to the fax or postal address) entered by the User are considered to be officially delivered.

Should it be determined that a single clause of these Terms of Service is partially null and void, such findings shall have no affect on the validity of remaining clauses.

These Terms of Service can be accessed from any page on Zeeya.net.

By registering at Zeeya.net and through any later use of Zeeya.net, you agree to the terms set forth in these Terms of Service.
